Precise best-before date and batch management

At goods receipt, we precisely record best-before dates (BBD) and batches via our warehouse management system and store them separately by BBD and batch. This gives you full transparency regarding the shelf life and batch allocation of your stored and shipped goods. In the event of product recalls, we meet regulatory requirements and provide additional security through complete traceability.

Customer service for your products

Our service agents respond professionally using your preferred greeting and provide your customers with information on all products in your online shop. Our modern ticketing system, personalised support and a user-friendly backend form the basis for a first-class customer service experience.

Sustainability

With our sustainability strategy, we are committed to a sustainable value chain. In e-commerce fulfilment, we therefore use environmentally friendly packaging made from recycled paper, operate our logistics terminals using green electricity and implement many other sustainable measures. In addition to plastic-free and recyclable filling materials and robust shipping packaging, we also offer shipment in the original packaging to avoid unnecessary packaging waste.
